All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not canceled 72 hours before arrival will be subject to one one-night room and tax cancellation fee. Regardless of how reservations are made, any reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered "No-Shows" and a charge of one night's room and tax will be posted to the individual attendee's credit card on file. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to arrival date at no charge.
