Kailin See is currently the Director of Harm Reduction Innovation with Homeless Health Care Los Angeles (HHCLA). Previous to joining the HHCLA team, Ms. See served as the Senior Director of Program at OnPoint NYC in New York City (2016-2024). She started her career in Vancouver, Canada in working in a number of roles with the PHS Community Services Society including as the Director of the Drug Users Resource Center and at InSite, North America’s first safe consumption site. Ms. See is an internationally recognized public health professional and harm reduction expert with 20 years of demonstrated excellence in developing and managing innovative, evidence-based programs for people who use substances in the United States and Canada. She is the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding contributions to the field, most recently related to directing the launch of the first two overdose prevention centers (OPC) in the United States in New York City.
