Ms. Cayley Russell is a Research Manager at the Institute for Mental Health Policy Research (IMHPR) and with the Ontario Node of the Canadian Research Initiative in Substance Matters (CRISM), based at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, Canada. Her research interests largely focus on the intersection of addiction and correctional populations, with a specific focus on opioid use disorder treatment and barriers among this population, correctional programming, drug policy, and harm reduction.
