Thomas Bottyan, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with expertise in addiction working within the VA Northern California Healthcare System (NCHCS). He is the Director of VA Outpatient Psychiatric Education within VANCHCS and a Volunteer Clinical Faculty at the University of California, Davis. He is a graduate of the VA's Motivational Interviewing (MI)/Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) EBP training program.
