Anyah Skipwith, MS, is affiliated with the University of Maryland School of Medicine and serves as a clinical research assistant for the Trajectories of Cannabis Use in Pregnancy study. Currently in the medical school application cycle, Anyah is passionate about addiction medicine and is dedicated to understanding and addressing the complexities of substance use, particularly during critical life stages such as pregnancy. She plans to utilize the skills and knowledge gained from this research to guide her future practice as a physician, with the goal of providing compassionate care to individuals navigating addiction and recovery.
