Elizabeth Charron, PhD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Promotion Sciences within the Hudson College of Public Health at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences. Dr. Charron’s scientific expertise includes population-level and clinical-level behavioral health services research, with a focus on opioid and polysubstance use disorders. A main focus of Dr. Charron’s research has been on improving screening, treatment, and recovery support services for opioid use disorder OUD in pregnancy and the postpartum period. She has partnered with clinicians, health systems, and public health authorities to conduct this work.
