Dr. Connie Chen is a psychiatrist and addiction medicine physician with San Mateo County Behavioral Health & Recovery Services, where she is helping to lead integration of mental health and addiction treatment services. She completed medical school at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and psychiatry residency at the San Mateo County Behavioral Health Psychiatry Residency Program. Following residency she completed a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Stanford University.
