Timothy Kelly, MD, is a current Addiction Medicine Fellow at University of Pennsylvania. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. His focus is on improving addiction medicine education amongst medical learners and bringing evidence-based treatments of substance use disorders to his work in the Emergency Department.
