Margaret Shang MD is a Clinical Instructor of Medicine in the Divison of General Internal Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and recently completed her Addiction Medicine fellowship in 2022. Clinically she provides care to individuals with substance use disorders in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, and her interests span harm reduction integration in clinical settings, provision of low-barrier care, and adolescent addiction medicine.
