The presenter is Raymond Bertino MD who is the Immediate Past President of the Illinois Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Bertino retired in 2016 after a 28-year career in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Since retirement, he has been involved in addiction medicine advocacy.
