Hannah Kissel-Smith, MD (she/her) is an Addiction Medicine fellow at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. Having completed combined residency in Emergency Medicine/Internal Medicine at VCU, Dr. Kissel-Smith is excited to use her background in the inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and pre-hospital settings to provide patients with use disorders at all points of access to healthcare. She additionally partners with local EMS agencies to develop and implement substance use treatment protocols, helping to bridge the gaps in harm reduction and addiction care.
