Ninad Athale, MD is board certified in family medicine and addiction medicine and a practicing addiction physician at Kaiser Permanente Vallejo Addiction Medicine and Recovery Services. Dr. Athale joined KP in December 2019; prior to that, he worked as a family physician at local FQHCs in Napa, Sonoma and Marin counties. Dr. Athale is currently the regional quality improvement lead for addiction services for Kaiser Permanente Northern California. He also served as the medical director for Napa County Alcohol and Drug Services from 2015-2019.
