Jennifer Moyer MD, MPH is a board-certified family medicine, geriatric, and addiction medicine physician at Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ who spends her clinical time caring for those with substance use disorders across different settings. In the outpatient setting, she runs an older adult group visit for patients with substance use disorder, while in the inpatient and SAR/LTC setting she helps with transitions of care between facilities and providing addiction medicine consultation services. She is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and core faculty for the Family Medicine Residency.
