Jeané is a dedicated Certified Early Childhood Educator, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and Clinical Community Social Worker with 30+ years of experience. She provides compassionate, strengths-based support and evidence-based interventions to marginalized individuals, groups, and families. Her work is deeply rooted in a commitment to social justice, empowering clients towards client independence and a holistic lifestyle. She advocates for policy changes at the micro, mezzo, macro, and level. She specializes in skills that include comprehensive assessments, individual and group therapy, case management, community resource navigation, policy advocacy, trauma-informed care, staff and agency training, supervision, medication-assisted treatment, lobbying for legislation and policy changes, and supportive substance and behavioral health. Her current journey is partnering with a fantastic team as a clinical social worker for the Access Transformative Outreach Program (ATOP), an intensive case management program at Denver Health.
