Rachel Culbreth, PhD, MPH is an epidemiologist and the Research Director for the Toxicology Investigators Consortium (ToxIC), part of the American College of Medical Toxicology (ACMT). Dr. Culbreth's research primarily focuses on substance use and social determinants, the intersection of substance use and mental health, and utilizing latent variable modeling approaches for toxicological laboratory data.
