Susannah Berry is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), working in addiction medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Susannah graduated wtih her masters in social work in 2020. Since 2020, Susannah has been working with patients who are struggling with substance use disorders. In July of 2024, Susannah started on the Jefferson Addiction Multidisciplinary Service (JAMS). As a social worker on the JAMS team, Susannah helps support patients navigate their recovery goals through treatment referrals and motivational interviewing during their hospitalization. As As part of the JAMS team, Susannah works alongside certified recovery specialists, doctors, community health workers, and other social workers.
