Cara Borelli, DO is a core faculty member in addiction medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, in Connecticut, New Haven. Her clinical work is on the inpatient Yale Addiction Medicine Consult Service (YAMCS). Her residency training was in emergency medicine at UT Health San Antonio, and she completed a fellowship in addiction medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, New York. She is the PI for a SAMHSA grant on education in addiction medicine. She is the co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of Child and Adolescent Substance Use.
