Aaron D. Fox, MD MS, is a Professor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. Dr. Fox is board certified in addiction medicine and internal medicine, and he is the Director of the Bronx Transitions Clinic, which provides a medical home to persons returning from jail or prison. He has also collaborated with harm reduction agencies to develop, study, and deliver innovative healthcare interventions for over two decades. Dr. Fox's research involves opioid use disorder treatment in primary care, harm reduction and criminal-legal settings. He completed residency training at Montefiore in Primary Care/Social Medicine in 2007, and he received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research from Einstein in 2012. He currently serves as President for the New York Society of Addiction Medicine.
