Dr. Faith Horbatch is a second-year psychiatry resident at Northwestern University. She obtained undergraduate and medical degrees from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Throughout her training, areas of research include identifying accessible treatment modalities for individuals suffering from psychiatric illness across the lifespan, including a camp-based intervention for pediatric anxiety and a text-message based system for peripartum mood disorders. In residency, her clinical interests include adult populations with critical psychiatric illness in the acute, hospital setting. After residency, she hopes to continue a career in academic psychiatry, where she may work with learners, researchers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based, and accessible psychiatric care.
