Dr. Sara Polley is triple board-certified in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and addiction medicine. She practices in the state of Minnesota and serves as Chief Medical Officer for Ellie Mental Health while providing clinic-based psychiatric and addiction treatment services for all ages, specializing in work with teens and families. She is a medical director for Horowitz Health overseeing psychiatric care for a set of adult mental health residential treatment programs. She teaches medical students at the University of Minnesota, is a pediatric addiction consultant for the Minnesota Psychiatric Assistance Line, and is an appointed member of the Minnesota Cannabis Advisory Council representing the prevention and treatment of substance use disorders.
