Cathryn A. Galanter, MD is a Professor of Psychiatry and Division Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Stony Brook University. She is a nationally recognized expert on child and adolescent psychiatry and clinical and academic leader with background transforming educational and research programs, mentoring and supervising physicians and clinicians and overseeing curriculum design.
