Shan Yin, MD, MPH, FAAP, FACMT is a professor of pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He received his MPH from the University of Michigan and his MD from Case Western Reserve University. He currently serves as the medical director of the Cincinnati Drug and Poison Center and has been the medical director since 2011. He is also is a faculty member in the division of emergency medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He is currently serving on the board for the American College of Medical Toxicologists. His research interest includes child abuse via medication administration.
