Kim Lovell, MPH, MBA, is the Program Director for the Firefly program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, which provides comprehensive care and recovery services to pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorder and their infants. Before her work with Firefly, Kim has held leadership roles at a variety of non-profit, academic, and governmental agencies working at the nexus of women’s reproductive health, public health policy, and health communications, including the Vanderbilt Center for Child Health Policy, the Baltimore City Health Department, the Sierra Club, and the Univerisity of Michigan Medical Center. Kim has a Master of Public Health and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
