Rachael Truchil, MD, MPH is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of Addiction Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She is board certified in Addiction Medicine and provides integrated addiction medicine care at the Penn Center for Primary Care where she has developed expertise in utilizing long-acting injectable buprenorphine in the outpatient setting. She has experience providing addiction medicine care in a variety of outpatient clinical settings in Philadelphia including an urban FQHC-type health safety net clinic, street side mobile van, and academic medical center. She is currently leading efforts to scale integrated addiction care across Penn's general internal medicine practices and developing interdiscplinary care models.
