Dr. Bickley is an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Pharmacist at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in Baltimore, Maryland and his pharmacy residency at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System in Palo Alto, California. He is a board-certified psychiatric pharmacist and practices at a maximum-security forensic psychiatric hospital providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, medication education, and consultation to interprofessional treatment teams.
