Jeremiah Fairbanks is an addiction medicine physician in the Twin Cities. He provides both inpatient addiction medicine consults as well as outpatient addiction medicine through his primary care practice at Allina health. He completed his family medicine residency followed by an addiction medicine fellowship through the University of Minnesota. Dr. Fairbanks is passionate about teaching and working with primary care providers and currently serves on the board of the Minnesota Society of Addiction Medicine as well as on leadership teams for other community-based and statewide innovative programs aimed at expanding access to treatment for those struggling with addiction.
