Bobby Ryan, LPC, NCC, PMP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Project Management Professional, and certified trauma therapist who serves as Program Manager for an NIH-funded HEALing Measurement Center at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. With over a decade of experience in direct mental health practice and five years providing technical assistance grounded in implementation science principles, Bobby has supported quality improvement initiatives across healthcare, substance use, and community settings. He has trained more than 150 individuals in the principles of measurement-based care and recently presented at the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (AATOD) conference in October 2025 and Pennsylvania's Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) Symposium in March 2026. Bobby maintains an active clinical practice with Associates in Behavioral Diagnostics and Treatment (AIBDT), where he provides tailored measurement-based care to clients. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three dogs and pursuing his passion for genealogy.
