Colleen M McCullough, MPA, is a Data Scientist at RAND with over a decade of experience with data collection, management, analysis, and visualization. She has served as lead data scientist on multitple clinical trials, most recently the CLARO project, which investigated whether the collaborative care model can improve outcomes for patients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Prior to joining RAND, Ms. McCullough was a data analyst at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, evaluating quality improvement initiatives at small, independent primary care practices. She received an MPA in Health Policy and Management from New York University and BAs in biology and psychology from the University of Chicago.
