Dr. Renee Cloutier is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and a Contact Principal Investigator on the HEALing Measurement Center, funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Her work bridges psychology, public health, and implementation science to improve how care is delivered for people with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Dr. Cloutier leads a multi-site initiative to bring measurement-based care into opioid treatment programs across Pennsylvania. Her goal is to help programs use practical tools to track patient needs, support clinical decision-making, and improve patient outcomes.
