Loma Linda University School of Medicine
Cynthia Masese, BA, is a medical student at Loma Linda University School of Medicine with a background in public health and community-based research. Her work spans community health worker program evaluation, opioid and maternal health research, and public health initiatives addressing food insecurity, substance use, and environmental health. Cynthia is particularly interested in deconstructing stigma within the medical field and advancing equitable, culturally responsive care for marginalized and underserved communities. She hopes to bridge public health and clinical medicine to create systems of care that center dignity, access, and lived experience.
