Jemila Council, MD, is currently a PGY-4 Psychiatry resident at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. She is pursuing adult outpatient psychiatry following completion of her residency. She has clinical interest in mood disorders, women’s mental health, transitional-age patients and geriatrics. She believes addiction medicine is everyone’s responsibility because we will all encounter individuals who are affected throughout practice and it is important to have the tools/knowledge to support them.
