Thao Do Vy Le, MD, PhD, is a psychiatry resident in the Public & Community Psychiatry and Research Tracks of the Massachusetts General Hospital–McLean Adult Psychiatry Residency Program. She completed her MD/PhD training at Vanderbilt University, where her research examined mechanisms by which GLP-1-based therapeutics induce weight loss. Her current clinical and research interests center on addiction psychiatry, implementation and health services research, and health equity—particularly improving equitable access to evidence-based medications and models of care for substance use and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. Her work aims to bridge research and real-world practice to strengthen outcomes for underserved populations.
