Erica A. Lyons, DNP, MS, FNP-BC, CARN-AP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and addiction nursing specialist dedicated to advancing equitable, evidence-based care. She serves as the Director of Education and a Clinician Manager at Ophelia, a telehealth-based group medical practice specializing in the treatment of opioid use disorder, where she combines active clinical work with strategic leadership in clinical program development and education. She has extensive experience in primary care and addiction medicine, with expertise in telehealth, Hepatitis C treatment, and quality improvement. She continues to practice per diem in primary care at Generations Family Health Center, an FQHC in Connecticut. She holds a clinical associate appointment at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and lecturer and clinical instructor appointments at the Yale School of Nursing. Her scholarship focuses on workforce development and clinical innovation in addiction care.
