Heather Hopkins, PharmD, is Senior Manager of Specialty Care at Albertsons. She leads the company’s Medication Administration Program, overseeing a multi-state initiative in which pharmacists administer long-acting injectable (LAI) therapies for mental health and recovery across 32 states.
Dr. Hopkins directs program strategy, clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and operational execution to ensure safe, consistent, and patient-centered delivery of LAI treatments. She partners closely with pharmacy operations, clinical teams, and external providers to expand access to care, streamline referral pathways, and support continuity of treatment for patients living with mental health and substance use disorders.
Dr. Hopkins is dedicated to advancing pharmacist-led care models that improve medication adherence, reduce barriers to treatment, and enhance health outcomes in communities nationwide.
