Sarah Darweesh, MD, AAHIVE, is an Addiction Medicine Fellow at Mass General Brigham/Harvard Medical School and former faculty in the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker School of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program. She is interested in integrating academic medicine with patient-centered care, advocacy to reduce stigma and expand access to evidence-based treatment, and the development of low-barrier addiction care models.
