Rebecca Boraz, MA, LCAT, CADC, serves as the Clinical Consultant for National Mental Health and Wellness at Kaiser Permanente. She is a community advocate, art therapist, program developer, and artist who has spent 15 years building sustainable programs that address marginalization and advance inclusion across healthcare and community settings.
Before joining the Kaiser Permanente National Program Office, Rebecca served as the Practice Director for Mental Health, Behavioral Health, and Addiction Medicine in KP Northwest, where she developed behavioral healthcare models that reached 640,000 patients. In this role, she championed equitable access to care and led initiatives such as peer-delivered services, Zero Overdose—an overdose‑prevention model, creation of a virtual therapy team, and expansion of Behavioral Health Consultants in primary care.
Rebecca joined the Kaiser Permanente National Mental Health and Wellness team in February 2023 to support the enterprise-wide expansion of Zero Overdose.
