Dr. Steven Tate serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor specializing in addiction medicine within the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He then successfully completed a fellowship in addiction medicine at Stanford.
