Maria Manriquez, M.D., FACOG, FASAM, PMH-C is a Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She specializes in care for women with substance use disorders. She is board-certified in both Obstetrics/Gynecology and Addiction Medicine. She is also certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Perinatal Support International. Dr. Manriquez is a current member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) group. The group is committed to educating fellow ACOG members about the risks associated with alcohol and other substances in pregnancy. She is the medical director for the addiction medicine and ambulatory OBGYN at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix and directs the UME education program in Pain and Addiction at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix.
